The replacements were shipped two days later on the 21st, and I got them by UPS ground on the 28th. The shipping takes up most of the time, but Shure took care of it on their end quickly. edited to fix an incorrect date WebI sent in a left Shure SE846 earbud for repair (edit: already out of warranty) as advised by one of the customer service reps. He advised that they do indeed provide repair services and if beyond repair, a replacement will be an option.
