After you hog out the exhaust ports they will flow as much as the E7, then lay back the chamber wall around the intake valve, and shave the head to reduce overall chamber volume. I did this to a set for my 5.8 and they worked surprisingly well. The most exotic swap was the Cleveland 2bbl head swap, which was made possible by a special intake made by B&A Performance.
