The controller is located in the lower left front of the cap behind a plate near your left foot. It has two wire looms with lots of wires. I removed one of the wire loom plugs and the pins on the Controller looked good. WebHold the 2 arrow keys on the key pad and as your holding them push the on button. this will put the key pad in a test mode from there the screen will have a button test screen, go to that screen and test all the buttons. But I got a feeling the key less panel is bad and would need replaced. Hope this helps. Customer
